Key B2B Integration Specialist

Job Summary:

This is a 24/7 rotational role that involves owning escalations, coordinating across teams, and ensuring timely resolution of incidents. As a key member of our team, you will administer and maintain IBM Sterling B2B Integrator environments to ensure reliability, performance, and scalability.

  • Design, deploy, and manage B2B integration workflows that align with business and compliance requirements.
  • Collaborate with development and architecture teams to implement and support transformation flows using ITXA.
  • Operate within containerized environments such as OpenShift or Kubernetes, utilizing Helm for deployments.
Responsibilities:

Administer and maintain IBM Sterling B2B Integrator environments.

Design, deploy, and manage B2B integration workflows.

Collaborate with development and architecture teams.

Operate within containerized environments.

Act as Duty Manager during on-call shifts: manage incidents, coordinate response efforts, engage cross-functional teams, and communicate effectively with stakeholders and customers.

Requirements:

5–10 years of hands-on experience with IBM Sterling B2B Integrator.

Experience or foundational knowledge in OpenShift or Kubernetes container orchestration platforms.

Hands-on experience with Helm for managing Kubernetes deployments.

Strong experience with ITXA (Transformation Extender Advanced).

Solid troubleshooting skills and a strong understanding of integration patterns and system configurations.

Willingness and ability to work in a 24/7 rotational shift.

Excellent communication, coordination, and incident management skills.
