ARFF Operations Manager

The ARFF Operations Manager will oversee the provision of Aircraft Rescue and Firefighting services at Mangalore and Guwahati airports.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the Crash Fire Tender team, ensuring round-the-clock readiness for emergency response.
  • Develop and review ARFF operational procedures and protocols in compliance with local and international aviation safety standards.
  • Conduct regular training and drills for the CFT team to maintain peak performance and readiness.
  • Coordinate with airport authorities and emergency services for seamless emergency response and mutual aid.

Our ideal candidate should have 7-15 years of experience in the airports industry, with a strong understanding of fire safety protocols, emergency response procedures, and leadership skills.

Required Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Fire Science, Aviation Management, or related field.
  • Advanced certifications in Aircraft Rescue and Firefighting (ARFF).

A valid ARFF certification from a recognized aviation authority is required. Leadership and team management skills are also essential.
