Roro seeks an experienced Senior AI Engineer to join our team and drive the development of innovative Generative AI solutions. As a key member of our engineering team, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and optimizing AI systems that push the boundaries of what is possible with cutting-edge technologies.

We are looking for a highly skilled professional with expertise in machine learning, natural language processing, and deep learning frameworks. Your experience with large language models, transformer architecture, and prompt engineering will be instrumental in helping us achieve our goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and Develop AI Solutions: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize AI solutions that leverage state-of-the-art Generative AI techniques.
  • Develop and Fine-Tune Language Models: Develop and fine-tune language models (LMs) for diverse applications, including NLP tasks and text generation.
  • Architect Scalable Workflows and Pipelines: Design and architect scalable workflows and pipelines for efficient AI model deployment and management.
  • Evaluate and Improve AI System Outputs: Perform comprehensive evaluations of prompts, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and AI system outputs to ensure high-quality results.

Requirements:

  • Mastery of Machine Learning Concepts: In-depth understanding of core ML concepts like supervised/unsupervised learning, regression, and probabilistic models.
  • Data Science Tools and Techniques:
  • Proficiency in tools like NumPy, Pandas, Seaborn, and visualization platforms such as Tableau and PowerBI.
  • Ability to process and analyze complex datasets for AI model development.
  • Experience with GCP, AWS, and Azure.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • A degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
  • Experience with open-source contributions in the AI domain.
  • Familiarity with emerging trends and technologies in Generative AI.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
