Role Summary

  • We are seeking a skilled NF Testing Specialist to join our team.
Job Description

The NF Testing Specialist will be responsible for overseeing and executing test processes, determining the proper prioritization of testing activities, and ensuring integrative work and full coverage of test scenarios in accordance with plans and observations from concurrent testing activities.

This involves developing and implementing NF automation procedures and tools, creating and defining test execution plans as well as non-functional requirements for mitigating technical risks. The NF Testing Specialist will also design and review test solutions and scenarios, develop NF scripts and automation utilities to be implemented and executed in alignment with the scope determined during test planning.

Additionally, the NF Testing Specialist will select and apply appropriate structural design techniques to ensure that tests provide an adequate level of confidence and optimization. The tests should be based on code and aligned with version requirements, customer needs/use and design scope.

In this role, you will call attention to incident assessments, provide recommendations for resolution of issues, and propose improvements to the NF aspects of code, system optimization, best sizing and architecture.

The NF Testing Specialist will also ensure that product documentation, testware and work products used in the testing activities are of the highest quality to ensure traceability, correctness and compliance with product requirements and specifications, internal standards and clients' needs.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • 6+ years' experience in NF testing/ SW development.
  • In-depth knowledge of NF testing and automation tools (Load Runner, JProfiler, APM tools, Prometheus, Grafana, etc.).
  • Strong knowledge in analyzing Stuck Threads and Deadlocks.
  • Working experience on OpenStack, AWS and/or Azure.
  • High Availability and Disaster Recovery testing experience is an advantage.
  • Telecommunication experience/knowledge.
  • Amdocs business and Cross Portfolio knowledge – advantage.
  • Bachelor's Degree in IT/ Computer science.
