Lead Interior Designer Position

We are seeking a skilled Lead Interior Designer to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional design solutions to our clients. With a minimum of 2 years of experience in interior designing or architecture, you will collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and provide functional and aesthetically pleasing designs that meet their needs.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Be the lead designer for a set of clients, from the initial meeting to order completion and design finalization.
  • Collaborate with clients to comprehend their requirements and offer the best design solution for their home.
  • Prioritize and execute multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Analyze performance reports, project timelines, and client satisfaction to optimize design processes.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2-year diploma in interior designing or architecture from a reputable institution.
  • Site experience is mandatory, ensuring proposed designs can be installed with minimal hassle.
  • Strong customer-centric approach, balancing aesthetics, functionality, and budget considerations.
  • Exposure to residential projects is essential.
  • Proficiency in Google Sketchup software.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) to construct and defend ideas, designs, and pricing.
  • Communication in English is mandatory, with proficiency in the local language desirable.
