AI Solution Architect

About the Role
  • Work with our senior leadership to tackle complex customer challenges and develop breakthrough solutions
  • Identify, analyze, and solve real-world business problems by building new software solutions that directly impact customer success
  • Drive the integration of cutting-edge AI tools and emerging technologies into customer workflows and business processes
  • Create custom workflows, automations, and integrations using our visual development environment to solve complex business challenges
  • Innovate and experiment with new software capabilities that push the boundaries of what's possible for our customers
  • Become an expert in our platform while contributing insights for new features and capabilities based on real customer needs
  • Troubleshoot implementation challenges in real-time, working with both clients and internal teams to deliver seamless solutions
Technical Requirements
  • No-Code/Low-Code Proficiency: Experience with visual development platforms and drag-and-drop workflow builders
  • Technical Foundation: Strong technical background required - ability to understand system architecture, design solutions, and build complex integrations (development experience in any programming language strongly preferred)
  • Platform Expertise: Willingness and ability to quickly master our proprietary platform while applying technical understanding to build robust, scalable solutions (comprehensive training provided)
  • Ai Integration Understanding: Familiarity with how AI tools can be integrated into business workflows and processes
  • System Integration: Experience connecting different software systems and data sources
