Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist with a focus on CRM to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective CRM and email marketing strategies for our clients, working closely with our CRM and Email Marketing Manager.

Your primary goal will be to deliver measurable results through data-driven decision-making, using your expertise in email marketing best practices, CRM systems, and data analytics. You will analyze client data to segment audiences, develop customer journey maps, and identify opportunities for engagement and conversion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Crm Strategy Development: Collaborate with Project Leads and clients to define CRM strategies that align with their business objectives; analyze client data to segment audiences and tailor messaging for maximum impact.
  • HubSpot Management: Develop, administer, and manage the HubSpot CRM platform, ensuring it meets business requirements; configure and customize HubSpot to optimize workflows, reporting, and integrations.
  • Email Marketing: Create and execute email marketing campaigns from concept to deployment; craft compelling email copy and design templates that resonate with target audiences.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze campaign performance and customer data to derive actionable insights; use data to refine and optimize CRM and email marketing strategies continuously.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 4-6 years of experience in CRM and Email Marketing Management.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms such as HubSpot is mandatory; HubSpot certification is preferred.
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel (vlookups and pivot tables) and HTML basics.
  • Hands-on experience with Email Marketing and CRM tools like Hubspot.
  • Excellent team player with experience in working with US clientele is mandatory.
  • Strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Self-motivated with good time/project management skills.
  • Exceptionally well organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Critical thinker with analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Logical reasoning skills and out-of-the-box solutions.
What We Offer
