Job Title: Opportunity Development Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced proposals coordinator to provide coordination and administration support services in the Energy sector.

This role offers a chance to develop a career within a collaborative team where your skills and expertise will contribute to our work-winning strategy. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in positioning us to win profitable business and drive growth in the Energy sector.

Responsibilities:

  • Support preparation of opportunity briefings and gathering leads for a go/no-go decision process
  • Support data entry and analysis in the sales (proposals stage) module of our Oracle-based Horizon ERP system
  • Support proposals managers in the delivery of supplier compliance questionnaires, expressions of interest, pre-qualifications, and proposals
  • Prepare and submit requests via our online intranet portal to our legal team for legal reviews and contract signature
  • Work with Microsoft Teams and SharePoint to create and maintain teams sites for collaboration on live proposals
  • Undertake research on clients, proposals, competitors, and industry sectors

Knowledge Management Support:

  • Assist in preparing project case studies, project description sheets, method statements, evidence statements, and maintaining the Energy Bid Knowledge Library
  • Assist in preparing client references and testimonials
  • Assist in assessing and breaking down client bid requirements
  • Record win themes and bid feedback from clients

Key Competencies:

  • Essential: Minimum degree qualified, relevant experience in proposals coordination, commitment to achieving APMP Foundation, good English language skills, ability to analyse information and assemble into reports, programme, spreadsheet, etc.
  • Preferred: Experience working with teams outside of India, knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and/or Microsoft Project
