  • You will lead large-scale technology transformations to deliver customer value through enterprise architecture evolution.">
  • You will map customers' as-is architecture and define future-state solutions to support pre-sales activities.">
  • You will understand customers' needs and develop roadmaps that increase value from current systems and solution design.">
  • You will offer expert consultation on enterprise architecture across all stages of the customer lifecycle.">
  • You will provide expertise in crafting enterprise architecture strategies, optimizing operational frameworks, and developing deployment roadmaps tailored for public, private, hybrid cloud, and on-premises environments.">
  • You will facilitate complex implementations, including third-party and cross-module integrations.">
  • You will guide customers through the process of modernizing and optimizing existing core banking systems, helping them leverage the latest technologies to enhance performance, security, and scalability.">
  • You will engage with senior stakeholders, providing expert consultation and value-driven design feedback.">
  • You will apply enterprise architecture frameworks and tools to create blueprints and roadmaps, communicating architectural transformations.">

Requirements

  • 15-20 years experience in enterprise architecture from fintech companies or consultancy firms in banking/financial industry with deep understanding of Core Banking software solutions.">
  • Strong understanding of Core Banking operations, business delivery, and business/technology consulting.">
  • Expertise in technology-driven business architecture patterns and practices in banking/financial services area.">
  • Extensive experience in deploying cloud solutions.">
  • Proven track record in designing adaptable, cost-effective, and innovative architectural landscapes.">
  • Proficiency in workshop design and facilitation, with expert presentation and communication skills.">
  • Strong business and commercial acumen with a proactive approach to enterprise architecture.">
  • Experience with security compliance and ensuring data integrity, with knowledge of data privacy regulations.">
  • Ability to engage and collaborate with senior stakeholders and internal teams while balancing customer and company priorities.">
