As a seasoned software engineer, you will play a pivotal role in crafting sophisticated systems and software tailored to customer business goals and needs. Collaborating closely with product management, engineering teams, customer success, and support, you will work together to develop innovative new product features and enhancements across various areas of the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Be a key member of an Agile team, collaborating to realize features through the software development lifecycle.
  • Lead and participate in design, development, unit testing, and deployment of products and services, including enhancements and/or resolution of any issues reported.
  • Investigate and resolve complex customer issues with ease.
  • Work independently with minimal guidance from technical leadership.
  • Mentor other engineers, providing guidance on design collaboration and code reviews.
  • Research, validate, and recommend technology decisions for new features.
Requirements
  • Ability to learn new tools, languages, and operating systems with some training and on-the-job experience.
  • Experience in software development, including the use of IDEs with a solid understanding of object-oriented design concepts for delivering and maintaining software products.
  • Experience with Java, source control systems, continuous integration tools, agile collaboration tools, Web Services technologies, and Linux/Unix environments.
