The Director of Financial Planning and Analysis is a pivotal role that oversees financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing reports, conducting analysis, and developing models that guide strategy.

To succeed in this role, candidates must possess 10+ years of experience in FP&A / corporate finance, preferably in F&B, hospitality, or retail. A proven track record of helping restaurant businesses scale is essential.
- Expertise in forecasting, cash flow management, MIS & valuations.
- Strong communication, analytical, and investor-facing skills.
- CA / MBA Finance preferred.
