Visualisation Expert

As a senior look development artist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the visual identity of large-scale projects.

We seek a highly skilled artist with expertise in look development, shading, set building, and rendering workflows to join our creative team.

• Main Responsibilities:
• Develop materials, shaders, textures & environments for photorealistic results.
• Define look development standards across large-scale environments (20–50 km) and implement optimised asset workflows.
• Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to maintain consistency and quality across productions.
• Troubleshoot scenes for performance in offline and real-time rendering pipelines.
• Maintain the highest level of detail and artistic quality, ensuring alignment with the project's creative vision.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced production environment. To succeed in this position, you should possess excellent technical skills, including proficiency in DCC tools like Unreal Engine, Cinema 4D, Maya, and Substance. A strong education background from a reputable arts & design university is essential.

The ideal candidate should have experience in look development, shading, set building, and rendering with a portfolio showcasing their expertise in achieving photoreal output. Strong knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies is desirable.

This role requires a high degree of autonomy, self-motivation, and adaptability. You must be able to work effectively in a collaborative environment and communicate complex ideas clearly.
