Job Title: Property Asset Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Property Asset Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the acquisition, development, and management of our real estate portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement investment models in collaboration with market players to optimize investments.
  • Discuss with local stakeholders and governmental bodies to ensure support for Fulfillment Center expansions.
  • Establish regular communication channels with business owners, including local and central finance managers, IT, legal, operations, facilities, and engineering functional representatives.
  • Negotiate with landlords and manage contractors, including the escalation of any issues beyond routine activities.
  • Oversee alteration management and reduce fix costs (all building-related expenses).
