Network Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate Network Support Specialist to provide comprehensive and efficient support to our global user base, using insights gained to improve the user experience and reduce future request volumes.

The ideal candidate will be a product expert in designated fields such as Wireless Technologies, Routing & Switching, Security & VPNs, Security Cameras, VoIP Phones, and Door Access Systems. They will be responsible for becoming a product expert in these areas and use this knowledge to provide support to our users.

You will be the first point of contact for our users, meeting each with a personalized action plan that resolves their issue and provides a larger context of its origin and impact. You will also obtain all necessary background information and properly qualify the nature of each support interaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive and efficient support to our global user base.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and technologies.
  • Become the go-to expert for users seeking assistance with network-related issues.
  • Prioritize requests based on severity and brand liability.
  • Communicate effectively with users to resolve issues and provide solutions.
Requirements:
  • Written and verbal English fluency.
  • Familiarity with networking concepts and protocols.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • A Bachelor's Degree (or higher) in Engineering, Computer Science, Networking, or a related field, or equivalent technical experience.
Education:
  • A degree from an accredited institution is required.
