Role Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional to join our team as a Content and Community Associate.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with users, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.

As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to develop and implement strategies to scale user engagement, drive revenue growth, and contribute to the overall success of our platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for users, managing day-to-day communication and resolving issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase user engagement and retention, including creating and curating high-quality content that resonates with our audience.
  • Collaborate with the product team to launch and optimize new features focused on user engagement, retention, and monetization.
  • Work closely with matchmakers, content creators, and moderators to ensure their long-term engagement and success, implementing strategies for upskilling and monetization.
  • Manage and support different speaking communities to foster a positive and interactive environment.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in operations, campaign, or community management in any of the Punjabi/Gujarati and Marathi speaking audiences.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships and engage with users.
  • Strong understanding of Punjabi/Gujarati and Marathi culture and language, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in social media platforms and community management tools.
  • Familiarity with app-based user engagement metrics and tools, as well as the ability to analyze data to drive decision-making.
  • Demonstrated ability to take full ownership of projects and drive them to successful completion.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple projects and priorities.
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
