Senior AI Leader

The position of Senior AI Leader is a strategic role that requires a deep understanding of artificial intelligence technologies and the ability to lead cross-functional teams in designing, developing, and deploying AI-powered software solutions.

This leader will be responsible for setting clear goals and expectations, monitoring team performance, and collaborating with senior management to define the company's AI strategy and roadmap.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Provide guidance and mentorship to a team of Agentic AI/AI/ML professionals.
  • Collaborative Culture: Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment.
  • Project Execution: Plan, prioritize, and oversee the execution of Agentic AI / Gen_AI / AI / ML projects from conception to completion.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field (Ph.D. preferred)
  • Minimum 10 years experience in AI development
  • Proven experience in AI development, with a strong portfolio of successful projects
  • Previous experience in a leadership or managerial role
  • Proficiency in machine learning frameworks and programming languages (e.g., Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch)
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills
  • Knowledge of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum) is a plus
  • Experience with cloud platforms and deployment of AI models is a plus
