Job Opportunity: Senior Legal Advisor

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Legal Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing legal support and corporate advisory services to internal teams and senior management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating IT customer contracts (international) including but not limited to master service agreements, subcontractor, non-disclosure agreements, statement of works, change orders, etc.
  • Providing extensive experience with vetting, drafting, and negotiating agreements in a wide range of IT contracts along with non-commercial agreements.
  • Well versed in local commercial and corporate law with a global outlook.
  • Conducting legal research on laws and regulations.
  • Assisting group companies in litigation management and communicating with outside counsels when needed.
Requirements
  • Law degree from an accredited, top-tier law school.
  • 2-8 years of experience with a mid-to-large size IT company or similar industry with a focus on general corporate law and exposure to international contracts.
  • Strong knowledge and experience in negotiating high-value commercial contracts.
  • Strong knowledge and experience in Privacy and Data Protection related duties.
  • Possess strong legal and business judgment, leadership skills, and work independently on a wide range of issues and projects, while delivering quality work under a tight timeline.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills, as well as a team player attitude.
