Job Overview:

We are seeking an exceptional Education Coordinator to support students through the process of studying abroad. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of international education systems, excellent interpersonal skills, and a passion for helping students achieve their academic and career goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Gain cross-functional exposure to various departments involved in international student recruitment.
  • Handle student inquiries and provide professional guidance regarding admissions and visa processes.
  • Communicate effectively with prospective students to build trust throughout the application cycle.
  • Follow up regularly with students, ensuring they are updated on every stage of the process.
  • Maintain documentation and record communications via emails and internal systems.
  • Educate students on compliance requirements and assist with document preparation.
  • Maintain office protocols, confidentiality, and decorum at all times.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree (preferably in Education, Counselling, International Relations, or related fields).
  • 1-3 years of experience in academic advising, international education, or a related role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Familiarity with global education systems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.
