Job Title: Conversion Specialist

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as a Conversion Specialist. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in student counselling for the UK, in-depth knowledge of the Russell Group universities, and the ability to guide students effectively on admissions, placements, and scholarships.

This is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact on students' academic and professional journeys. You will work closely with internal teams to improve processes and outcomes, ensuring high-quality counselling and personalized guidance to students throughout their application journey.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive conversions specifically for Russell Group universities by handling offer holders and providing accurate and updated information on UK admissions, placements, and scholarship opportunities.
  • Guide students with expertise in student counselling for the UK, including knowledge of Russell Group universities, programs, and application requirements.
  • Coordinate with counsellors, provide regular training, and ensure they are well-informed about UK higher education trends.
  • Monitor and review team cases related to Russell Group universities, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to drive better results.
  • Prepare and present weekly reports on conversion progress to management, highlighting successes and challenges.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience: 2-5 years of experience in student counselling for the UK.
  • Knowledge: Strong knowledge of Russell Group universities, programs, and application requirements.
  • Understanding: Understanding of UK higher education market dynamics, placements, and scholarship opportunities.
  • Skills: Ability to work in a challenging, fast-paced environment, with excellent multitasking, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students, parents, and team members.
