Job Title: High-Performance Analog Design Engineer

We are seeking an experienced analog design engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of analog circuit design and the ability to drive projects from concept to production.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and Development:
  • - Lead the design and development of high-performance analog circuits from signal chain domain to high power domain.
  • - Ensure designs meet specified performance, quality, and reliability standards.
  • - Conduct design reviews and provide technical guidance to team members.

Innovation and Continuous Improvement:

  • - Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in analog design and audio technology.
  • - Encourage innovation and the adoption of new technologies within the team.
  • - Continuously improve design processes and methodologies.

Collaboration and Communication:

  • - Work closely with other engineering teams to integrate analog designs into larger systems.
  • - Communicate project status, challenges, and solutions to senior management and stakeholders.
  • - Interface with customers and partners as needed to understand requirements and provide technical support.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in electrical engineering or a related field.
  • 3-10 years of experience in analog circuit design, with a focus on audio amplifiers (signal chain).
  • Strong knowledge of analog design principles, including low-noise, low-distortion, and high-efficiency circuits.
  • Proficiency with EDA tools for schematic capture, simulation, and PCB layout.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in leading full chip activity like circuit block spec definition, top-level simulations, design verification, and design for test.
  • Good grasp of basic digital design fundamentals, understanding of DV flows & tools.
  • Good mentoring, communication, presentation skills, and teamwork.
