Job Opportunity: Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled professional to join our team as a Quality Assurance Specialist.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all products meet established quality standards by inspecting, testing, and monitoring processes at various stages of production.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspect and test raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products as per defined quality standards.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor quality control procedures.
  • Conduct routine checks and audits on production lines to identify deviations.
  • Maintain proper documentation of test results, deviations, and corrective actions.
  • Investigate quality-related complaints and provide solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, legal requirements, and safety protocols.
  • Coordinate with the production team to implement corrective and preventive actions.
  • Assist in training staff on quality standards and best practices.
  • Prepare and submit quality reports to management.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives in quality management.

Qualifications:

A Bachelor's degree is required for this position. The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
