Job Title: Information Security Specialist

As an Information Security Specialist, you will manage and administer the Centrify Privileged Access Service and related PAM tools. This includes user and role provisioning, policy configuration, and access request workflows. You will be responsible for maintaining vault management, session monitoring, and credential lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Core Technical Responsibilities:
  • Integrate with Active Directory, troubleshoot issues, and manage GPOs and user mappings to ensure seamless authentication and authorization.
  • Install and configure Centrify agents on Linux/UNIX systems and manage access controls to maintain security posture.
  • Deploy and manage Centrify in cloud and hybrid environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) to provide secure access to resources.
  • Configure and enforce Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) using Centrify tools to enhance security and prevent unauthorized access.
  • Monitor and audit privileged sessions, handle alerts, and generate security logs to identify potential security threats.
  • Administrative Tasks:
  • Oversee user onboarding and offboarding with proper access provisioning to ensure least privilege principles are applied.
  • Support regular access reviews and assist with internal/external audits to maintain compliance and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage credential vaulting, password rotation policies, and custom role creation to streamline access management.
  • Troubleshoot user and access-related issues promptly to minimize downtime and impact on business operations.
  • Security & Compliance:
  • Ensure compliance with standards such as SOX, HIPAA, ISO, etc. by implementing robust security measures and processes.
  • Generate periodic access reports and logs to support audit readiness and identify areas for improvement.
  • Enforce least privilege principles across the enterprise environment to minimize risk and maximize security.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven hands-on experience with Centrify/Delinea PAM solutions is essential for this role.
  • A strong understanding of Active Directory, GPOs, and identity federation is required to ensure seamless integration.
  • Experience in securing Linux/UNIX systems using PAM tools is necessary to maintain a robust security posture.
  • Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and identity security in AWS, Azure, and GCP is required to deploy and manage Centrify effectively.
  • Proficient in configuring and managing MFA, SSO, and authentication policies to enhance security and prevent unauthorized access.
  • A strong grasp of IT security best practices and cybersecurity frameworks is essential to maintain compliance and regulatory requirements.
  • Understanding of ITIL processes and operational workflows is necessary to streamline access management and minimize downtime.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and collaboration skills are required to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Centrify/Delinea certifications (e.g., Delinea Certified Specialist) are highly valued and preferred for this role.
  • Experience with other PAM tools (e.g., CyberArk, BeyondTrust) is a plus, as well as background in security audits or compliance-driven environments.
