AI Agent Development Lead

About the Role:

This is a challenging opportunity to own each stage of AI Agent building and deployment for large consumer enterprises.

You'll work closely with executives to shape their AI strategy, write and test prompt logic for high-impact use cases, and collaborate with engineering to design new product features.

This role requires someone who excels at diving deep into complex business problems, crafting elegant AI-driven solutions, and scaling them to millions of users.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deploy our Voice AI Agents globally across various industries.

- Design and optimize enterprise-grade agents by mapping business workflows, writing and testing prompt logic, and collaborating with engineering to deliver precise, scalable solutions.

- Engage deeply with customers to understand their needs, demonstrate AI-powered solutions, address technical challenges, and tailor agents to their business processes.

- Partner with C-level executives to guide their AI roadmap and ensure measurable impact on revenue, efficiency, and customer experience.

Requirements:

- 2-5 years of experience in AI Implementation, Product Management, Strategy Consulting, or Solutions Engineering.

- Strong technical expertise with the ability to understand and shape AI agent design & prompt writing.

- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, comfortable interacting with executive stakeholders.
