Chief Medical Biller

We are seeking a highly experienced professional to lead and manage our revenue cycle management team.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in medical billing, medical coding, prior authorization, denial management, and insurance verification. They will be responsible for establishing processes, workflows, and performance metrics, and will play a key role in ensuring HIPAA compliance and process efficiency.

• Recruit, train, and manage a team of billers and coders to achieve optimal productivity and revenue cycle efficiency.
• Develop and implement efficient RCM processes, workflows, and performance metrics to drive business growth and improvement.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and timely escalation of issues.

• 10+ years of proven experience in US Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), with 3+ years in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Strong expertise in medical billing, medical coding, prior authorization, denial management, and insurance verification.
• Familiarity with ICD-10, CPT/HCPCS, and major Practice Management/Electronic Health Record (PM/EHR) systems.
• Proven ability to build and lead high-performing teams, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
