Job Overview
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Full Stack Developer to join our team as an Innovation Leader. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining web applications using Java, Angular, and SQL.

In this role, you will apply strong design patterns and SOLID principles to ensure high-quality code. You will lead and mentor a team of developers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Additionally, you will participate in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

You will contribute to the development of enterprise architecture and ensure alignment with business goals. Design and develop microservices and cloud-based solutions from scratch. Work in a Scrum environment, participating in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain web applications using Java, Angular, and SQL.
  • Apply strong design patterns and SOLID principles to ensure high-quality code.
  • Lead and mentor a team of developers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Participate in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

Requirements:
  • Proficiency in Java, Angular, and SQL.
  • Strong understanding of design patterns, SOLID principles, and software fundamentals.
  • Extensive experience with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • Background in product development organizations.
  • Proven leadership and mentoring skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of enterprise architecture.
  • Experience with microservices and cloud technologies.
  • Familiarity with Scrum and Agile methodologies.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 7-10 years of experience in full-stack development.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Salary: ₹45 Lacs - ₹55 Lacs per annum (inclusive of cost-to-company package)
