Automation Expert

We are seeking a skilled professional to drive test automation excellence across our organization.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Design, develop, and maintain robust automation frameworks using Java, Selenium WebDriver, and BDD methodologies.
    • Implement comprehensive test automation solutions across web applications, APIs, and databases.
    • Lead code reviews, optimize existing automation scripts, and enforce best coding practices.
    • Troubleshoot complex technical issues independently with minimal guidance.
    • Adapt quickly to emerging technologies and client-specific tool requirements.
  • Technical Requirements:
    • Execute functional and automated API testing using Rest Assured and other industry-standard tools.
    • Perform data manipulation and validation across multiple formats (JSON, XML, Excel, Word).
    • Conduct thorough database testing using SQL/MySQL with complex query optimization.
    • Integrate automation suites with CI/CD pipelines through Jenkins and GitHub Actions.
    • Maintain test traceability and reporting using Jira, XRAY, and ZEPHYR.
  • Team Collaboration:
    • Proactively communicate task status, completion updates, and resource requirements.
    • Manage timesheet accuracy and support invoicing processes.
    • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables meet quality standards.
    • Drive process improvements and automation strategy alignment with business objectives.
  • Culture & Growth:
    • Guide junior engineers and freshers in automation best practices and technical skills.
    • Conduct knowledge transfer sessions and create technical documentation.
    • Foster a culture of continuous learning and quality-first approach.
