Key Responsibilities:
  • IT Infrastructure Support: We require an individual to install and configure operating systems across various devices.
  • Hardware Installation & Maintenance: The ideal candidate should be able to assemble, upgrade, and troubleshoot computer hardware components.
  • Software Deployment & Troubleshooting: Installation, configuration, backup, and troubleshooting of standard applications including Microsoft Outlook are essential skills for this role.
  • Network Printer Configuration & Troubleshooting: Installation and troubleshooting of network printers, VPN, and firewall configuration are key responsibilities.
  • Information Security: BitLocker encryption, antivirus update, and virus protection management are vital tasks that need to be performed with high precision.
  • Active Directory Management: User account creation, password resets, group policy updates, and access control are some of the key areas where expertise is required.
  • Remote Technical Assistance: Providing remote assistance for software and system-related issues is a critical component of this job.
  • Asset Tracking & Inventory Management: Coordinating with vendors for hardware issues and maintaining inventory records for hardware and software assets are essential functions.

The successful candidate will possess exceptional problem-solving skills, be able to work independently, and have strong communication skills. They should also be proficient in multiple operating systems, have experience with software installation and troubleshooting, and be knowledgeable about security best practices.
