Job Position Overview

We are looking for a proficient cross-platform mobile developer to assist in creating high-quality applications that cater to both Android and iOS platforms.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining efficient apps while collaborating with product managers, designers, and back-end engineers.

You will play a vital role in shaping our mobile architecture and delivering engaging user experiences across multiple devices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter.
  • Collaborate with UI/UX designers to translate designs and wireframes into high-quality code.
  • Work with back-end developers to integrate RESTful APIs and other services.
  • Evaluate and improve the performance, quality, and responsiveness of mobile applications.
  • Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in mobile development.
  • Participate in code reviews and architecture discussions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • 5+ years of experience in mobile development, with at least 5 years specifically in Flutter.
  • Strong knowledge of Dart and the Flutter SDK.
  • Experience deploying apps to both the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
  • Familiarity with state management approaches like Provider, Bloc, or Riverpod.
  • Experience with RESTful APIs and third-party libraries/integrations.
  • Solid understanding of mobile app architecture and best practices.
  • Proficient with version control systems like Git.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with native Android (Kotlin/Java) or iOS (Swift/Objective-C) development.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools for mobile apps (e.g., Fastlane, Codemagic, GitHub Actions).
  • Knowledge of Firebase (Auth, Firestore, Cloud Functions, etc.).
  • Exposure to mobile performance optimization techniques.
  • Understanding of app security best practices.
  • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.
