Job RoleA senior business analyst will be responsible for managing various project areas within the engagement.The role requires strong technical skills, including proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, as well as experience with business software applications such as SAP and PowerBI.The ideal candidate will have around three to five years of post-qualification experience in consolidation of financial statements as per IFRS and should have handled related reporting.The position involves working closely with different teams to collate information on a timely basis and communicating regularly with client teams on task status.The candidate will also be responsible for reviewing reconciliation results, regular reports, and ad-hoc requests prepared by the team, ensuring they meet high quality standards.The role requires excellent written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal and presentation skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage activity dashboards for various group activities, allocate tasks among team members, and monitor transactions between ERPs (monthly closes).
  • Coordinate with different teams to collate information, communicate with client teams, and allocate ad-hoc activities among team members.
  • Review reconciliation results, regular reports, and ad-hoc requests, ensure they meet high quality standards, and generate analysis/reports based on client/team requests.
  • Improve current set of reports, proactively work with team/other counterparts to add value, and work with other teams within the larger project group in special projects.
  • Other requirements: Valid passport, willingness to work from Infosys office in Bangalore, immediate joiners preferred.
