Job Title: VisionPLUS Lead - Expert in CMS Subsystems

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled VisionPLUS Lead to join our team at Virtusa. The ideal candidate will have expertise in CMS subsystems and V+ modules, with a strong background in Agile app development.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and maintain VisionPLUS applications using CMS and V+ modules
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features
* Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior team members
* Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies

Requirements:

* 10+ years of experience in VisionPLUS development
* Strong knowledge of CMS subsystems and V+ modules
* Agile app development experience
* Excellent communication and leadership skills

Preferred Experience:

* Experience with Xpeditor Debug
* Knowledge of Cobol batch and online experience
* Familiarity with JCL, VSAM, and CICS

Working Environment:

* Pune, Maharashtra, India
* Experienced professionals

Requirements:

* CMS Posting Experience is required.

* Development or support experience in CMS Posting is mandatory for this requirement.

* Vision 10 experience preferred.

* Should have worked in POCO, Atomic and Functional services.

* Worked on Payments & Cards

* Worked on various Banks with different tools/platforms to credit card.

* Experience in Vision PLUS with expertise in CMS/FAS and VMX applications.

* Experience on Xpeditor Debug.

* Experience in Cobol batch and online experience 60/40 TSO.

* Batch Schedulers such as Control-M, OPCT or similar tools.

* VisionPlus hosted on Microfocus Linux Platform optional.

* Skills in JCL, VSAM and CICS
