| About The Role:
The AI Engineering team is a driving force behind this transformation. As a Staff AI Engineer, you'll design and deploy innovative solutions that drive real-world impact.
- You'll develop scalable backend applications using TypeScript, Node.js, and relational databases like PostgreSQL or MySQL.
- You'll build and maintain APIs and microservices for real-time and batch inference of AI/ML models.
- You'll fine-tune and adapt pre-trained models for specific business use cases.
- You'll integrate external AI services where appropriate.
- You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end AI-powered features.
- You'll contribute to MLOps workflows, including deployment, versioning, and monitoring of models in production.
- You'll follow engineering best practices for clean code, testing, observability, and reliability.
A strong backend engineer with experience building robust systems and a passion for applied AI. Proficient in Node.js, TypeScript, and SQL, with experience delivering production-grade services. Familiar with deploying and integrating ML models into applications, including fine-tuning pre-trained models.
