Job Title: Credit Audit

About the Role
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting thorough credit audits of Wholesale Banking and SMEs segments.
  • Credit audit reviews will cover both pre- and post-sanction, disbursement, and monitoring processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead or participate in business credit audits, leading a team of 2-4 auditors as required.
  • Timely commencement and closure of audits, including documentation of working papers.
  • Prepare and submit audit reports within stipulated time frames.
  • Ensure timely submission of RBI data, Tranche III, and other regulatory requirements.
  • Review process, thematic audits, checklists, and special audits as assigned.
  • Coordinate with concurrent auditors to ensure quality of concurrent audit reports.
  • Examine and provide comfort to Team Lead Audit on all developments in credit-related areas.
  • Develop audit checklists for internal/concurrent auditors and test processes/procedures to foresee pitfalls and bottlenecks.
  • Provide suggestions for improvement to existing processes/systems to line management.
