Job Overview

We're seeking a seasoned technology leader to spearhead our engineering initiatives. As a pivotal member of our team, you'll drive strategic design decisions and platform architecture.

Your primary responsibility will be developing scalable, high-performance systems utilizing Java (Spring Boot) and event-driven architectures. You'll tackle complex, real-time challenges in search, pricing, and booking workflows.

In addition to these responsibilities, you'll oversee end-to-end delivery of critical projects from concept to deployment. You'll lead multiple high-impact initiatives simultaneously and mentor teams while solving intricate, ambiguous technical challenges.

We require a candidate with 8-12 years of backend development experience and deep Java expertise (Spring Boot, Hibernate). You should be a hands-on developer who can code, architect, and lead by example. Strong collaboration skills with stakeholders - Product teams, Clients, and Cross-functional tech teams - are essential.

Distributed systems experience with event-driven architectures and NoSQL databases (ScyllaDB, MongoDB) is mandatory. Performance optimization and latency tuning skills are also crucial.

Bonus points for experience with LLM pipelines, RAG, or agentic AI, Databricks, Spark, or large-scale data processing, Travel-tech or B2B marketplace background, or Full-stack experience with React.
