About the Role

This exciting opportunity is designed for experienced teachers who possess a strong subject matter knowledge and are passionate about helping students excel in their studies. As an associate teacher, you will be responsible for providing assistance and resolving doubts of students post their sessions, ensuring that they receive the best possible support to achieve academic success.

You will work closely with a team of educators, program managers, and academic mentors to develop and implement effective teaching strategies, contributing to a motivating and energetic working atmosphere. Your primary focus will be on delivering exceptional doubt resolution services, achieving targets, and adhering to quality metrics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Solve students' academic doubts in an efficient manner
  • Achieve daily targets following all important parameters
  • Proficient in at least one subject (Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Maths) for JEE/NEET level
  • Good problem-solving and decision-making skills to identify problems and suggest relevant solutions
