Job Title: Global Markets - Structuring Frontend Developer

Job Description:

  • The role is focused on building end-to-end automation solutions to meet the daily reporting, pricing and monitoring requirements of the Global Markets business.
  • A strong understanding of React/React Native and modern frontend frameworks is required along with expertise in RESTful APIs development and integration.
  • Experience with Relational and/or No-SQL databases, unit testing and test-driven development is also essential.
  • The ideal candidate will have a good analytical, problem-solving and troubleshooting ability and be capable of learning new technologies quickly.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in Front End Development, building end to end applications.
  • Strong proficiency in React.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, and modern frontend frameworks.
  • Expertise in RESTful APIs development and integration.
  • Strong understanding of DevOps practices including Relational and/or no-SQL Databases, unit testing and test-driven development.
  • Good analytical, problem solving, and troubleshooting abilities and capable of learning new technologies quickly.
  • Self-motivated and attention to detail.
  • 1+ years of experience with Python or 1+ years of experience in any structured low level programming language – (C++, Java, C#).
  • Basic knowledge of technical architecture, design patterns.
  • Knowledge of dashboard / Visualization tools eg PowerBI is a plus.
  • Experience with ETL tools, data manipulation and data analysis.
  • Basic understanding of financial products and pricing theory is good to have.
