Key Responsibilities
  1. Conduct process consulting, internal audit, and risk consulting. Execute GRCS solutions.
  2. Lead onsite teams for projects with 1-3 team members. Review work done by team members.
  3. Interact with client representatives for ongoing project requirements.
  4. Deliver quality client services independently.
  5. Demonstrate technical capabilities and professional knowledge.
  6. Possess good business acumen.
The Ideal Candidate
  • Possess strong domain knowledge of Manufacturing, Power, and Utilities sectors.
  • Ability to perform, interpret, and identify process gaps and risks.
  • Experience in process consulting/internal audit/risk consulting of non-financial services sector.
  • Possess strong data analytics skills and knowledge of advanced analytical tools.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Advanced understanding of IT systems and MS Office.
  • Able to work under pressure with stringent timelines.
Requirements
  • Experienced or Fresher CA.
  • Civil Engineers.
  • Mechanical/Electrical Engineers (with experience in Power and Utilities sectors).
  • Professionals with experience in Metal & Mining and Oil & Gas sectors.
  • Certifications like CIA, CISA would be an added advantage.
  • Big 4/6 firm experience would be an added advantage.
