Job Title: Senior Diversity and Inclusion Specialist

This role involves a hybrid setup with a minimum of two days in the office. You will work closely with the team to achieve set standards and motivate them to excel beyond these standards.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting checks and edits on client-supplied data. They will also run catastrophe analyses using RMS, AIR, and RQE / commercially available vendor models to estimate potential cat losses.

As a team player, you will collaborate effectively with the team by setting performance standards and motivating them to achieve beyond these standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in Catastrophe Modeling / Risk management
  • Strong academic rigor with degree in Engineering, Mathematics/Statistics or related fields from reputed institution
  • Strong knowledge of stochastic modeling, SQL, and geospatial mapping tools like ArcGIS
