Job Description:

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and organized individual with 3+ years of experience to fill a 2-month contract position as a Video Annotation Specialist in robotics.

Role Overview:

As a Video Annotation Specialist, you will analyze short videos of robots performing tasks and create detailed, structured annotations that map robotic actions to human-readable descriptions. Your work will directly support the training and evaluation of Large Language Models (LLMs) for robotics and embodied AI systems.

Responsibilities:

Key Tasks:

  • Watch and analyze robotic task videos.
  • Summarize the main objective, smaller steps, and outcome (success/partial/failure).
  • Provide timestamped, detailed annotations of robot movements.
  • Follow strict annotation guidelines for consistency.
  • Review/refine work based on feedback.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured guidelines.
  • Clear written English communication.
  • Comfortable with repetitive, accuracy-focused work.
  • The ability to judge task outcomes (success/partial/failure).
  • Experience in data annotation, transcription, or QA is a plus.

To ensure the quality of your work, we will conduct a 30-minute test task before selection.
