High-Performance Backend Developer Needed

Our organization is seeking a high-caliber professional to assume the role of Lead - Backend Engineer. The successful candidate will be responsible for spearheading the development of our backend applications, APIs, and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement features and optimize backend and web processes
  • Work with other backend developers to maintain published and unpublished web Apps/APIs
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 7-10 years' experience in web development and software design
  • Good understanding of various backend components and microservice architecture
  • Knowledge of the Go programming language, paradigms, constructions, and idiom
  • Understanding of popular Go routines and channel patterns
  • Extensive knowledge of Go frameworks and tools is a plus
  • Strong understanding of data structures and algorithms
  • Strong understanding of security aspects of web development
  • Proficient understanding of Git and version control
  • Familiarity with docker and Kubernetes would be a plus
  • Contribution to opensource projects would be a plus
  • Knowledge on Vuejs is added advantage
  • Familiar with project managed tools like JIRA
