About this Role

We are seeking a skilled Voice AI Engineer to join our team. As a Voice AI Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in crafting exceptional conversational experiences that exceed our clients' expectations.

Your primary focus will be on building and optimizing conversational flows in RetellAI.com for complex dialogue interactions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conversational Flow Creation: Develop and fine-tune conversational flows to achieve seamless dialogue interactions.
  • Dialogue Flow Design: Translate business requirements into structured dialogue flows handling multiple branches, edge cases, and real-life conversation patterns.
  • Agent Integration: Integrate RetellAI agents with external platforms via Make.com and/or n8n for effortless workflow automation.
  • Agent Optimization: Debug, test, and refine agent behavior to ensure high performance and reliability.
  • Documentation and Best Practices: Document workflows and provide best practices for scalable agent builds.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the internal team to deliver client-ready solutions.

Requirements

  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in conversational AI, automation, or related fields with a strong project portfolio.
  • RetellAI Expertise: Proven expertise with RetellAI.com specifically in conversational flow creation.
  • Make.com and/or n8n Experience: Experience with Make.com and/or n8n for workflow automation.
  • Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of webhooks, JSON, HTTP requests, APIs, and integrations.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
  • Project Evidence: Evidence of completed projects showcasing real conversational flows.
  • Communication Skills: Fluent English communication skills.
  • Independence and Time Management: Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in an hourly engagement model.

  • CRM and Booking Platform Experience: Experience integrating with CRMs, booking platforms, or call management systems.
