About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented writer to join our team and contribute to the development of high-quality training data sets for AI models.

You will be responsible for creating high-quality training data sets that improve the accuracy, fluency, coherence, and voice of AI models.

  • Create high-quality training data sets that improve AI model performance
  • Annotate data to align AI models with human values
  • Analyze and improve grammar, syntax, and sentence structure of expert-generated training data and AI model-generated text
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine and iterate data sets
  • Contribute to evolving specifications for AI-model training and data recipes
  • Achieve target KPIs, including daily job count and average handle time per job, within specified data production windows

About You

To succeed in this role, you will need to have:

  • A Master's degree or above in STEM fields (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math)
  • Excellent writing skills in English
  • A strong understanding of grammar, syntax, and semantics
