Production Manager - Glass Manufacturing

About the Job:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our glass manufacturing unit. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the production process, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products, and maintaining a safe working environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage the production team to achieve daily production targets
  • Monitor and control inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels
  • Implement quality control measures to ensure compliance with industry standards
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
Requirements:
  • Diploma in Engineering (Any stream) with good academic record
  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience in a similar role
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Working Conditions:

The selected candidate will be required to work in a factory environment with exposure to noise, dust, and other hazards. Regular attendance and punctuality are essential requirements for this role.
