We at Fusion Practices are seeking a seasoned expert in Business Intelligence to design, implement, and maintain high-performance BI solutions using Azure Data Storage services and SQL Server environments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating data-driven insights that support decision-making processes and optimize business operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop complex Business Intelligence solutions leveraging Microsoft Azure and SQL Server environments.
  • Utilize Azure Data Storage services such as Azure Data Lake, Blob Storage, and Azure SQL Database to store, manage, and retrieve large volumes of data.
  • Develop data integration solutions using SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) to extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from multiple sources.
  • Create and maintain reports and dashboards using SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) and Power BI, delivering actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Ensure data quality, accuracy, and consistency through effective data governance practices.
  • Perform performance tuning and optimization of SQL queries and data models.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data processing, integration, and reporting.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in Business Intelligence, with expertise in Microsoft Azure and SQL Server environments.
  • Strong knowledge of Azure Data Storage services (Azure Data Lake, Blob Storage, Azure SQL, etc.).
  • Proficiency in SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) for ETL development.
  • Hands-on experience with SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) and Power BI for reporting and visualization.
  • Solid understanding of data integration, data warehousing, and data governance principles.
  • Excellent SQL skills, with a focus on performance tuning and query optimization.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
