Key responsibilities:

  • We are seeking a highly skilled Infrastructure Automation Engineer to join our team. As an automation engineer, you will play a key role in automating repetitive IT tasks and collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and maintain code for infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, and software deployment.
  • You will be responsible for ensuring the scalability, reliability, and security of automated solutions, as well as troubleshooting and resolving issues related to automation scripts, infrastructure, and deployments.
  • Your expertise in Ansible, Terraform, and cloud infrastructure automation will enable you to develop and maintain clear, reusable, and version-controlled playbooks and scripts.
  • You will also be responsible for managing and optimizing cloud infrastructure using Ansible and Terraform automation, and continuously improving automation workflows and practices to enhance speed, quality, and reliability.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree and 0 to 3 years of computer science, IT, or related field experience OR Diploma and 4 to 7 years of computer science, IT, or related field experience.
  • Deep hands-on experience with Ansible including playbooks, roles, and modules.
  • Proven experience as an Ansible Engineer or in a similar automation role.
  • Scripting skills in Python, Bash, or other programming languages.
  • Proficiency expertise in Terraform & CloudFormation for AWS infrastructure automation.
  • Experience with other configuration management tools (e.g., Puppet, Chef).
  • Experience with Linux administration, scripting (Python, Bash), and CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, CodePipeline, etc.).
