We are seeking an experienced Senior Enterprise Architect to join our team in Bangalore. As a Senior Enterprise Architect, you will play a key role in shaping the architectural vision and strategy for our company's portfolio of products.

You will lead the design of complex architectural solutions that support our business objectives, driving innovation and operational excellence.

This position requires a blend of architectural/technical expertise, strategic thinking, and leadership to deliver scalable, efficient, and cutting-edge solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Architectural Leadership: Ability to define and drive the architectural vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and enterprise architecture standards.
  2. Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of cloud computing (Azure, AWS), enterprise application architecture, data architecture, and integration patterns.
  3. DevOps and CI/CD: Understanding of DevOps principles, practices, and tools (e.g., GitHub Actions, Docker, Kubernetes) for automating software development and deployment processes.
  4. Security and Compliance: Knowledge of security best practices, protocols, and frameworks to ensure the design and implementation of secure solutions.
  5. Governance and Standards: Establish and enforce architectural standards, policies, and procedures to ensure consistency and quality in solution development.
  6. Technology Innovation: Identify and integrate emerging technologies(e.g. Gen AI) and architectural patterns to enhance business value and competitive advantage.
  7. Stakeholder Engagement: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to effectively engage and collaborate with business leaders, IT teams, and external partners.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • At least 10 years of experience in software architecture, with a proven track record in designing and implementing large-scale, complex solutions.
  • Strong expertise in cloud architectures - Azure, AWS and understanding of SaaS, PaaS, IaaS models.
  • Deep knowledge of enterprise application architectures, data architectures, and integration patterns.
  • Experience with architecting using container orchestration and management platforms (Kubernetes, Docker).
  • Experience guiding teams to implement infrastructure-as-code and application monitoring tools(DataDog, Splunk), high availability, and disaster recovery.
  • Experienced with distributed, event-based messaging architectures (Azure Event Hub, Azure Service Bus, Kafka, etc.).
  • Experience with Agile and DevOps methodologies, including CI/CD practices.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and engage diverse stakeholder groups.
