We seek a skilled technical writer to create clear, concise, and accurate content for our products and services.

Responsibilities include:

• Developing comprehensive documentation like user guides, API docs, knowledge base articles, internal process documents, release notes, and changelogs.
• Collaborating with subject matter experts to gather technical information.
• Translating complex concepts into simple, user-friendly content.
• Edit, standardize, or revise content to meet standards and ensure consistency of tone, structure, and style.
• Maintaining version control and ensuring content is updated regularly.
• Participating in product testing and review to understand features from a user's perspective.

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• A Bachelor's degree in English, Technical Communication, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in technical writing or a similar role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A strong understanding of software development processes and tools (Agile, Git, APIs, SDLC).
• Experience working with documentation tools and platforms (e.g., Confluence, GitHub, DITA, Markdown, etc.).
