Design Leadership Role

As a Design Architect, you will assume a leadership role in driving innovative design concepts and strategies for architectural and interior projects. We are seeking an individual with 8-10 years of experience as a design-focused architect to join our creative team.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Create detailed architectural models, drawings, and presentations, demonstrating expertise in conceptualizing and executing design solutions.
  • Spearhead design-thinking initiatives, infusing creativity and innovation into architectural projects while surpassing traditional drafting methods.
  • Plan and develop design concepts, integrating artistic and creative elements into construction projects.
  • Execute Working & Detailed Drawings with precision, overseeing project compliance and design integrity.
  • Showcase advanced rendering skills to enhance project visualizations and presentations, elevating the design narrative.
  • Prioritize collaboration and teamwork, effectively communicating design visions and strategies.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
  • 8-10+ years of experience in architectural and interior design, with a strong emphasis on design-focused roles.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Photoshop, demonstrating the ability to translate complex design concepts into tangible representations.
  • Excellent creative, organizational, and presentation skills.
  • Strong leadership capabilities and the ability to mentor and guide junior team members.
  • Additional design and rendering software tools (optional).
