Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Data Insights Leader to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in driving business decisions through data-driven insights.

Your primary responsibility will be to lead the development and implementation of advanced analytics solutions that meet the needs of our stakeholders. This includes working closely with business stakeholders to define detailed business questions, problems or opportunities, and communicating data and analytics opportunities in a way that is easily understandable by non-technical stakeholders.

You will also be responsible for planning and delivering data and analytics resource, expertise and solutions that bring commercial and customer value to business problems. Additionally, you will explore, adopt and embed new tools, technologies and methodologies to coach your colleagues and develop strong and lasting stakeholder relationships.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Advanced analytics experience, including proficiency in data analysis, statistical methods, and data visualization tools
  • Strong knowledge of data management systems and proficiency in AWS, Snowflake, Python, GitLab, and Tableau
  • Proven ability to lead and manage a team of data analysts, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment
  • Great communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage with and build lasting partnerships with a wide range of stakeholders, including at executive level
