Visual Design Specialist Position

We are seeking a skilled Visual Designer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating compelling visual content across digital, print, and event platforms.

This role offers the flexibility to work remotely or collaborate with our team in Bangalore. As a Visual Designer, you will play a key role in shaping our brand identity and ensuring design consistency across channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create engaging visual elements for landing pages, banners, and on-site creatives for our website.
  • Develop visually appealing posts, stories, and ad creatives across social media platforms.
  • Design infographics, headers, and supporting visuals for articles on our blog.
  • Build sleek, professional, and brand-aligned email templates.
  • Design banners, booths, brochures, and merchandise for events.
  • Create presentations for pitch decks.
  • Edit videos for campaigns and create basic animations to enhance digital content.
Requirements
  • 2–5 years of experience in marketing, creative agencies, or startups with a strong portfolio showcasing digital, print, and motion design work.
  • Proficiency in Figma for day-to-day design work.
  • Experience with tools for video editing and animation (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut, Canva).
  • Awareness of digital marketing trends and platform-specific design best practices.
  • Ability to balance creativity with timelines and business needs.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
