Job Opportunity:

We are seeking highly skilled professionals to join our team as Investment Banking Specialists.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales and Valuation Analysis

  • Develop financial models for real estate transactions, including operating and non-operating cash flow analysis, leveraged and debt cash flow projections, joint venture and waterfall modeling, and asset valuation.
  • Create Argus valuation models for single properties and portfolios, perform lease abstracting and review, and conduct cash flow and rent roll analysis.
  • Evaluate commercial real estate properties using income capitalization approach (DCF & direct capitalization), sales comparison approach, and cost approach.
  • Model REIT income statements and balance sheets, understand revolver, interest expense, and circularity, model future development, FFO, and CAD, build and audit REIT valuation and NAV models.

Clients and Stakeholders Management

  • Prepare pitch books, information memorandums, industry studies, company profiles, and company-focused discussion documents related to various industries.
  • Conduct M&A deal runs and potential target and buyer screenings using databases such as Greenstreet, RCA, Argus, Costar, Capital IQ, PitchBook, Mergermarket, FactSet.

Deliverables and Quality Assurance

  • Meet project timelines and deliver high-quality reports to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Conduct analysis and quality control checks on outgoing reports.
  • Structure deliverables and develop new capabilities/research products.

Requirements:

  • Post-Graduation in Finance or equivalent qualification (CFA, MBA (finance), CA or equivalent).
  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in Investment banking or commercial real estate valuation.
  • Strong statistical and analytical skills for economic performance/industry analysis.
  • Ability to work independently, manage research on a day-to-day basis, and possess leadership skills.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills, with experience in client handling.
  • Working knowledge of databases such as Bloomberg, Capital IQ, Thomson Research, FactSet.
  • Proficient in MS Office suite, specifically Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
